Case 1.
Risk assessment for a local High Street retail business uncovered that they were grossly under-insured and to their dismay they were completely unaware of this. These findings prompted the business to take action. As a result we assisted them to substantially increase covers and designed a package best suited for retail operation and their individual circumstances. Everything has been done to their advantage and satisfaction.
Case 2.
A Hutt business owner purchased a specialised international franchise, but was concerned about his level of protection. In consultation with him we were able to customise a risk management programme to protect his specific exposures. We then approached existing insurers and presented him with an appropriate programme.
