Claims Procedure and Forms

At Anchorage we all firmly believe that getting our clients a good result when they make a claim is what our business is about. This after all is why you pay premiums in the first place.  We are proud of the fact that when you make a claim we take over the whole process on your behalf and manage it from beginning to end in an efficient and timely manner. Throughout this process we will liaise with insurers, assessors and repairers for you as well as regularly keeping you up to date with progress. We have dedicated personnel who are experienced in this area and who are very conscious that the claims area is where we are on show and being judged, so we want this to be  a win/win experience for you and us.

step one

To protect your interests and until true cause of damage is established, we advise you not to admit any liability or take any action that could be later seen as admittance of any liability.

step two

Take all reasonable steps to protect the property or person from further loss or injury.

step three

Contact Brad James at Anchorage on freephone 0800 180 888 so we can start the claims process, give you any advice, and answer any questions you may have.

step four

Download and complete the relevant claim form and fax to Brad James on fax (04) 918 4653 with any supporting documentation.
